Student VIP: $150 per month per student.
Business VIP: $150 per month per employee.
Medical Weight Loss: $400 per month per person.
Luxe Care: $200 per month per person.
Premier Care: $400 per month per person.
Elite Care: $800 per month per person.

HOW OFTEN MAY I SEE THE DOCTOR AS A MEMBERSHIP PATIENT?

You may see the doctor in the office as many times as medically necessary as a membership patient of our practice. In addition, the doctor is available 24/7 via e-mail, text, and personal cell phone.

DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBERSHIP PATIENT TO BE SEEN?

We are a membership based practice and prioritize those patients. Self-pay medical patients may be seen on a case-by-case basis. Aesthetic services, wellness services, and Covid testing are available to both membership and non-membership patients.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY MEMBERSHIP?

You can manage your invoices, payment methods, plan members, and agreements here ➞MEMBER ACCESS

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCES?

We do not accept health insurance nor are we a health insurance company. In addition, due to federal regulations, we can not accept patients who are insured by Medicare/Medicaid at this time. For patients paying out of pocket, our self-pay rates are reasonably priced.

ARE YOU ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS?

We are currently accepting new membership patients. Self-pay patients may be seen on a case-by-case basis. Please note, we reserve the right to decide who we see as a patient in our practice.

DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?

We currently do not accept walk-ins. Appointments are required so that we have ample time to verify your demographics.
