Dr. Khalid Saeed, D.O. leads our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Dr. Saeed completed a dual residency in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine in Philadelphia. He is board certified and brings over twenty years of medical experience to your well-being. Do I need to be a membership patient to be seen?

We are more than happy to see you as a non-membership patient of our practice! You are welcome to use your health insurance plan or pay out of pocket. Patients with health insurance plans that are out of network from our practice can pay out of pocket and we can provide an invoice that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Do you accept insurances?

We accept most major PPO insurances and Medicare for non-membership patients. For patients paying out of pocket, our self-pay rates are reasonably priced. Please note that aesthetic/wellness services are not covered by health insurance plans.

I have medical insurance. Why did I receive a bill?

An annual deductible is the dollar amount you must pay out of pocket during the year for medical expenses before your insurance coverage begins to pay. Any time you receive medical care, your insurance company expects you to pay for your services in full until your deductible is met.

For example, if we charge $200, your insurance approves $100 and may pay 80% of that. The other $20 is the patient’s responsibility. What we charge in your billing statement is the portion the insurance company has determined is not covered by the company until your yearly deductible is met.

What is your payment policy?

Patients with health insurance should remember that professional services are charged to the patient and not to the insurance company. As a courtesy, we file the insurance claim for you. Insurance policies vary in the type and extent of coverage provided. The patient is ultimately responsible for the payment of the bill.

We have implemented a policy requiring a credit card to be held on file. The current healthcare market has resulted in insurance policies increasingly transferring costs to the patient. Some insurance plans require deductibles and co-payments in amounts not known to you or us at the time of your visit.

Similar to hotels and car rental agencies, you are asked for a credit card number at the time you check in. The information will be held securely until your insurance has paid their portion and notified us of the amount of your share. At that time, any remaining balance owed by you will be charged to your credit card and a receipt will be sent to your patient portal account. This is an advantage since it makes checkout easier, faster, and more efficient.

Do you take walk-ins?

Appointments are preferred so that we have ample time to verify your insurance coverage.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes! We are currently accepting new membership and non-membership patients.

What is your policy on pain medications?

Due to changes in federal and state legislation regarding narcotic pain medications, we do not prescribe narcotics from this office.

Do you provide women's services?

We do not provide routine women’s services such as Pap smears or gynecologic exams and procedures.

What are your membership fees?
  • Ages 18-39 : $100 per month.
  • Ages 40-64 : $150 per month.
  • Ages 65 and over : $200 per month.
How often may I see the doctor as a membership patient?

You may see the doctor in the office as many times as medically necessary as a membership patient of our practice. In addition, the doctor is available 24/7 via e-mail, text, and personal cell phone.

What does the membership fee cover?

Members enjoy same day/next day appointments, unhurried office visits, annual comprehensive physical, one house call per year, telemedicine visits at no charge, discounted aesthetic/wellness services, and 24/7 access to the doctor via personal cell phone.

What is not covered by the membership fee?

Laboratory tests, immunizations, diagnostic tests, hospitalizations, specialist visits, and medications are not covered by the membership fee. These services are usually covered by your health insurance plan and will be billed to your insurance accordingly.

What is your house call fee?

House call pricing varies based on location and medical service(s) to be provided. Please call to ask about pricing. Most insurances will reimburse up to 80% of the house call fee. We can provide you with an invoice that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Do you offer virtual visits?

Yes! We offer telemedicine visits for patients who can’t make it into our office. Virtual visits are included if you are a membership patient of our practice! For all other patients, the cost is $75 for a virtual visit.

What if I need to be hospitalized?

We have partnered with a highly reputable local hospitalist group specializing in Hospital Medicine for your hospitalization needs. This allows us to work closely with your admitting team to coordinate your care and advocate on your behalf.

Where do I park?

We provide complimentary valet parking for all of our patients! The valet parking garage is located on North Tampa Street in the Fifth Third Center directly across from the Bank of America Financial Center.
